Procrastinating + productivity but also very stressful :(

SOTD: Rosegarden Funeral Party - "Horror Music"

Instead of being a study blog, this blog has largely turned into a diary (that largely hinges on me studying, but still).

On Friday, I met up with a friend that I met during an online class over the summer for the first time and got stuff at Maple Bar (ordered a witch's brew) with her :) fun!! 

I actually had a pretty good day today (as well as the last few days)! I finally got started on the application for WWU (most of the way finished, just have to write an admissions essay, see if I can get letters of recommendation, as well as filling out the WAFSA + FAFSA). I also got my winter EVF for running start printed out classes for next quarter, I have a schedule (bio, chem, German 2, and PE/gym) (assuming I register before all the seats are taken), as well as a meeting set up with my HS counselor. Winter is going to be an intensive quarter... I also FINALLY got my school's HSBP/School Links lesson out of the way (due yesterday).

I am SO glad that WWU has a ~90% acceptance rate. But, I should probably apply to WSU, too, just to be safe. My GPA wasn't the best in my junior year due to me having to actually learn how to study, as well as family stresses, but it was excellent (straight A's!) in my freshman + sophomore years. Hopefully my admissions essay would convince them.

I got a large chunk of things done for psych; read chapter 10 (more boring than the others have been), took notes (less than usual?), and posted my discussion for the week + responded to a classmate's post. There's no quiz this week, but there IS an exam, as well as a pretty easy assignment I have to do.

I still have to get started on creative writing for the week... anyway :) I got 99% on my German quiz from a little while ago :) so that's great! That said, I'm still going to submit optional corrections because I want it to be as close to 100% as possible. My professor thought my capital 'F's were lowercase and that screwed me over. I'll just be more clear, I guess.

Last night, I tried another gothic make-up look. It's definitely not my best ever look (which was probably my second ever attempt), but I am steadily improving, and much more skilled than the first time.

I am procrastinating on driving by doing everything else... at least something is getting done, I guess.
